The Parc
A haven for wildlife
The beautiful Parc is set in 31 acres of rolling French countryside with 1/2 mile of the River Mayenne flowing gently through it.
The Parc is a haven for wildlife (look out for owls, buzzards and kingfishers) and its ancient pear trees are carefully preserved. In addition 8,000 new trees and shrubs will be planted whilst all development is in complete harmony with the natural environment.
The Parc’s amenities include heated outdoor pool and sun terrace, games room and gym (in development), and the pretty, welcoming Kingfisher bar and bistro. Homemade snacks and meals are served there every day.
There are 57 Riverside plots to choose from, each about 250m2, and 48 Valley-View plots each about 300m2. Although the luxury leisure homes have been carefully selected, customers are free to choose their own. The Parc can arrange transport, siting and insurance.
