A haven for wildlife

Once you have purchased your leisure home at Parc Mayenne you immediately become part of the relaxed, friendly community. To maintain the harmony and atmosphere at the Parc, Sub-letting or trading are not permitted. Family members are welcome to use your home with prior notice.
The Parc is open all year so you are free to enjoy your holiday home as often as you wish. Friday nights in the Kingfisher bar are a great way to meet your neighbours.

Spend your days relaxing by the heated outdoor pool or on your terrace, fishing in the well stocked lakes or River Mayenne. Take advantage of the games room or challenge your neighbours to a game of boules

Alternatively, there are many historic towns and villages within easy reach waiting to be explored.

Ask your neighbours to recommend one of the many local restaurants.
The Parc is a haven for wildlife, look out for kingfishers, buzzards, woodpeckers, herons, hawks, owls, Hoopoe and deer.

At Parc Mayenne we encourage owners to create their own gardens, and the Parc management offer plot maintenance plans to keep your plot looking good when you’re not at the Parc.

The nearest town is the charming Lassay-les-Chateaux, a 10 minute drive, here you will find Shops; including a supermarket, garden centre, hardware store, bakeries, butchers, florist, pharmacy, convenience store.
Also, Banks, hairdressers, post office, car repairs, petrol and a couple of bars and restaurants.
